A grassroots security conference, raised in the Valley.

The 7th Annual BSides RGV Cybersecurity Conference brings information security and information technology professionals from public and private sector organizations together for a community event in the Rio Grande Valley.

Take the stage at BSides RGV.

We are looking for presenters from the local community and beyond. There is real talent in the Valley. This is your chance to share it with your peers.

How it works

  • Presentation time slots are 30–60 minutes including Q&A.
  • 15-minute lightning talks are permitted to encourage new presenters.
  • Topics should be within the scope of information security.
  • Marketing or sales-pitch presentations will be rejected.
  • Approved submissions will receive a follow-up confirmation email.
